1. MyCrisp is a secure web portal provided by Crisp Regional Hospital and designed for you to access your personal medical information, making it easy to stay connected and manage your health.

The Crisp Regional patient portal gives parents access to their discharge instructions, lab results, medications, medical diagnoses, medical imaging, online bill pay, and secure messaging with select doctors practices. Parents receive an invitation to their child’s patient portal account via the email they provide at registration.
3. The MyCrisp mobile app is a secure online tool with convenient access to your personal health records. Through the MyCrisp mobile app, you have real-time access to the Crisp Regional online patient portal. The portal shows your latest healthcare information and provides services needed to plan, understand, and engage in your care.
Once you have registered and created an account for the MyCrisp online patient portal, you can sign into the MyCrisp mobile app with your MyCrisp username and password to launch the application.
With the MyCrisp mobile app, you can:
• Schedule an appointment
• Schedule a telehealth visit with your provider
• Securely communicate with your care team
• Pay your bills
